Larry Connor is a real estate investor in Dayton, Ohio who founded and leads the Connor Group, which invests in luxury apartment buildings across the U.S.
The Connor Group currently owns and operates a $5 billion portfolio of 51 apartment buildings across 12 states from Colorado to Florida. The firm keeps properties for 5 and a half years on average.
Connor founded the firm in 1991 with two partners, which he later bought out in 2003. The firm's annual rate of return is 30.4% and it has sold more than $6 billion worth of properties since 1995.
